MEET YOUR COACH

Hi, I'm Katie - a personal trainer and online coach with over 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry. I guide aspiring trainers as a Personal Trainer Tutor with NZIHF and am currently in training to be a Mat Pilates instructor.

I specialise in functional strength, mobility, and movement patterns, using evidence-based programming to improve movement quality, reduce pain, and build long-term resilience. My coaching approach integrates strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation, helping my clients move better, feel strong, and develop confidence.

I started Connect Coaching to provide a system where people can access tailored programs, expert guidance, and practical tools to achieve results that last - empowering them to move well, stay pain-free, and maintain their strength and mobility for life.
